World Permaculture Day events
Learn how to build simple, efficient potato towers and construct low cost compost bays using pallets with the Baringa Bush Community Garden team.
The gardening group in Baranbali Ave, Seaforth, will be celebrating World Permaculture Day on Sunday May 4 with a combined open day, workshops and working bee.
Beginning at 2PM the group will provide hands-on workshops demonstrating how to build potato towers which are a simple, effective way to save space and grow more spuds.
Baringa Bush members will also show how to build a easy-to-construct compost bay using pallets.
